Support Line – # 3391 0004. From Jan 6th 2025, our phone support line operates from 10am – 3pm, Monday – Fridays (excluding public holidays). The support line provides counselling and referral information for survivors of sexual violence, supporters and allies of survivors and workers requiring information about sexual violence.
Administration Line – # 3391 2573. Operates 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays). Our administration line is for admin inquiries only, including requests for community education and training.

Public transport
Women’s House is accessible via train and bus. The closest train stations are either Park Road or Buranda. The closest bus stop is 10A on Ipswich Road. Alternatively, you can access BRISSC via the PA Hospital or Buranda busway stations. For travel advice you can use the Translink Journey Planner or call Translink on 132 030.
Parking
You can park on the street in areas that are unmarked for 2 hours for free. If you need to stay for more than 2 hours please let us know.
Accessibility support
Contact us if you need support to access the space. We offer support in person, over the phone and via video call. If geographical distance is an issue depending on your location we may be able to offer phone support sessions or we may refer you to a closer service.
